I really like the customer service at The Shop. I came in for something I've done every two years for maintenance at other shops, and they inspected my car and told me I didn't actually need it just yet. So first, I appreciated their honesty. There was *another* maintenance issue that needed to be handled and they gave me a reasonable price for that. I like how they will take a look at your car and let you know what's the most pressing issue, and what can wait, because they know we don't all have thousands of dollars to spend each time we walk in to get our car worked on. We made sure that safety things were handled first and foremost. Also, they went out of their way right before the holiday to help me with an issue that was causing my car to stall when it was idled. When I called and was pretty stressed out, I really appreciated how the person who answered the phone made me feel calm as we came up with a plan. They helped me handle it right away and I'm so thankful. This is a reliable, honest shop and I recommend them for sure.
