Best mechanics in Boulder, smart, skillful, efficient and accommodating. They proved the MB Sprinter Dealer wrong and saved me $5k dollars and time. I highly recommend them to service your Sprinter.

After Shop Automotive performed all the latest maintenance, my 2017 Sprinter runs and sounds like it did when it was brand new. I gave them a difficult problem to diagnose with the engine light being on indicating something wrong with the exhaust "Blue Def" system. The MB Dealer told me I needed to replace the particulate filter, costing $5,000. Turns out the MB Dealer was wrong. Shop Automotive took the time to skillfully go thru each error code and fixed the problem without needing a new filter, saving me time and money. Shop Automotive has the best mechanics, friendly customer service and they always try to service you in a timely manor that fits your schedule. I plan to continue to take my Van there as long as I own it.

I rely on their evaluation and never have the impression that they push services on me that are not necessary, quite the opposite, as they have at times plainly say "this can wait"! I have been bringing my old but still perfectly functioning Audi A3 to Jason and his crew for years for regular checkups and I have to thank them for the car being in such good shape still.
