While visiting Boulder from 1300 miles away, I heard a noise on the front end body of the vehicle that bothered me. They checked out the situation and told me that I didn't need to do anything now and could wait until I got home. As a female, I truly appreciate the fact they didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject. Also, they were very nice and worked with me to get it checked quickly.

I had my Mercedes Sprinter in for service spring 2025 and one of the replacement parts (noncritical) leak slightly. I took it back, they repaired at no cost and cleaned the whole inside of the engine compartment. While the I had them replace the 7 year old factory battery because I trust them. Thanks, Spence for your shop. I need to drive 1 hour to get service from them but they are well worth it.
