Love The Shop! I've been coming here for years, and I'm always impressed by their level of professionalism, honesty, and efficiency in completing repairs. I always feel like they give me the pros/cons of whether to fix something while explaining things clearly. Love being able to book an appointment online as well which is surprisingly rare for mechanic shops.

Wonderful experience! Brought a van we were considering buying and they did a super through pre purchase inspection for us! Piper walked me through everything and the tech took 3 hours to help us determine if it was a good purchase! When we buy a van we will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!

I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. They were organized and answered all my questions. Their work was done thoroughly and without issues. They did point out a couple of things I might want to consider having done but they did not apply any pressure. The Shop Automotive IS my new automobile mechanic shop. They truly are a 5-star mechanics shop and it shows from their amazing staff to how well they keep up the cleanliness of their facility.

Piper, Jason, and the crew are awesome!!!They checked my van completely and made assessments as to what needed work. I was able to complete the major things that day and only had to return for struts and an additional part. When you have an RV that you travel all over the country in it is important to have someone that knows your vehicle and can review it when needed. Thanks so much SHOP!!!!
