These guys are pros. They have a deep knowledge of all systems related to my Sprinter. I have worked with them for over 2 years in which they have upgraded the suspension, tires and more in addition to all mechanical work. The business side is additionally run in a highly professional manner. There have been several times I have needed specific information on prior work and parts which has been readily available. I consider myself fortunate to have this level of operation nearby taking care of an important asset.

I have been so impressed with the quality of their service, knowledge of the MB Sprinters, how friendly their people are (thank you Piper and Patton among others) and how they are willing to go "over and above" to make sure I am a happy customer. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The crew does a great job inspecting my van and determining what work is needed -- and just what is needed, no padding their pockets with unnecessary work. Then they complete that work in a very competent, professional manner. Their communication throughout the process is excellent!! The Shop is great! We use them for our company vans, I was recommended to them by the tech who outfitted our event Sprinter who uses the shop for everything that he can't do himself. We recently had to get our 10 year old Chevy in for some fixes, and the guys at Shop were super up front about everything and knocked off labor costs when something didn't take as long as they expected. That's something I've never seen before! True honesty which made me trust every other decision they made. All in all a great experience.
