I wanna start off by saying I trusted these guys to check out my car and give me an honest and reasonable price estimate for the work my car NEEDED. After a second and third opinion turns out that my car did not need half of the work they had told me. They had quoted me $2,300 for clutch replacement after charging me $135 to “take a look” under my car with a flashlight. After getting my car fixed all it TRULY needed was a clutch slave cylinder and it costed me $326 in total to get fixed with other mechanic.

The Shop Automotive is a top notch, premium Sprinter service shop. Great people, and man they fix things the MB dealership in Loveland would not take the time to fix properly. Highly recommend!!! Eric/ Wolfman

Phil is wonderful to work with, takes the time to explain to me what is going on with my car and suggests what really needs to be done and what does not. Had a great first experience with The Shop for my Toyota Tacoma. Great overall inspection and addressing of issues. Very clear, very thorough, very professional. I have two other Toyotas that are scheduling in asap! Thanks especially to Cormac who went out of his way in multiple ways to make sure all of my issues were addressed and the truck was ready for a long weekend.

The Shop was absolutely wonderful! Easy to schedule with Piper. Thorough. Jason explained everything that was going on with my 4Runner and laid out a maintenance plan for the next 40,000 miles. I love that they are not only focused on what is going on at the time with my vehicle but looking ahead to make sure it stays in good health to last for hundreds of thousands more miles. The Shop is proactive which I really like and it also gives me a sense of what to expect in the future so I'm not surprised. Highly recommend. Especially if you want to keep you vehicle in top shape for years and years to come.
