I have received nothing but the best service from The Shop Automotive. The entire team there (especially John!) is incredibly accommodating, friendly, honest, and very easy to work with. I live in Steamboat Springs, but would choose to take my car to Boulder to be worked on, just because these guys are so amazing. Best experience I've ever had with a shop. Thanks guys!!!
The guys at The Shop rock! They've helped me a ton with my Sprinter van, even when I was having issues on a road trip and had to call them up / email them. Customer service is top-notch, vehicle repairs were spot-on; I'm very happy to have discovered The Shop knows how to work on Sprinters, they're definitely my go-to shop now!!!

The Shop took care of my Subaru outback after a breakdown causing it to be towed. Jason and John were able to work within my budget, giving me an honest opinion of what was priority, and what fixes could wait on an old vehicle like mine. John was really great! I had to get a car inspected before purchasing it and John was super accommodating. He got me in the same day I called and gave me a really thorough inspection of the car. He was really busy but was still super friendly and awesome with giving me wisdom on things to look for moving forward with the car and quotes on what it take to fix up the car. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to work with me. I will definitely be coming here again!
