I was admittedly skeptical when I got the flyer for the Shop in the mail in Denver but when I was not able to get into my normal Mercedes repair shops here in Denver for another month I decided to give them a try. I'm so happy I did! These guys are knowledgable and know exactly what type of trouble I may encounter when I'm taking my van into the backcountry since they are climbers and bikers too. A lot of shops advertise that they deal with Sprinter vans, but the reality is that they don't really understand the needs of Sprinter camper conversion. The Shop does. They have great customer service, are VERY thorough with their inspections (caught things that my old shop didn't even think would be problems) and their prices are reasonable. When I asked them about my suspension, their advice on how to upgrade it was spot on, and now my camper drives like a different vehicle.

Great job with my 2008 Dodge Sprinter explaining exactly what was wrong and the potential issues if it wasn't fixed then not pressuring me when I decided not to do a few things (I'm a 30 year old woman so sometimes car people try to hassle me). I will definitely take my van back to them again.

The Shop Automotive service, and customer service are amazing. We have a Sprinter camper van, we have taken it to several Automotive shops to have it repaired, it drains the battery, even new batteries, which one shop said was the problem. After a ruined camping trip each time, we recieved an advertisement in the mail saying The Shop specialized in Sprinter repair,. We took it there, we had a camping trip planned for a family reuinion, and it either had to be fixed or we would have to tent, which didnt seem right considering we bought the Sprinter for our retirement! The technician did not quit working on it until he found the electrical problem! they kept us informed and wanted to be sure we didnt get stuck at another campground! We just got back from our week long camping trip without one single problem! Now we have the confidence of knowing it is reliable! We will never go anywhere else!
