The shop did an excellent job of completing a B-service and more at half the price of a dealership. No complaints. And when I showed up at 5 PM to pick up my van, they demonstrated that they knew how to rock!

Outstanding service....The Shop Automotive was extremely accommodating in our time of need. In the middle of our road trip they were able to squeeze us in with a successful diagnosis and timely repair of our Sprinter. If we relied on the MBZ dealer we would have had to wait for weeks for an appointment. Phil and The Shop Automotive rocks!

This was my first time using The Shop to service my Sprinter. It won’t be the last as they were very thorough and knowledgeable. They took the time to provide me some helpful hints that would avoid costly repairs in the future.
